Built for the problem,
not adapted for it.
Most healthcare privacy software starts somewhere else: security tools adapted for compliance, compliance tools expanded to cover privacy, monitoring tools bolted onto existing infrastructure. Intruno was designed around the specific operational reality of a healthcare privacy team: the volume of access events, the complexity of care relationship validation, the regulatory stakes of every investigation, and the organizational distance between a detected violation and a defensible resolution.
Patient privacy violations are not a monitoring problem.
They are an operational one.
The audit log already exists. Every EHR generates one. The challenge has never been capturing access events; it has been understanding them in context, investigating the ones that matter, documenting the response in a way that stands up to regulatory scrutiny, and improving the program over time based on what the data shows.
Healthcare privacy teams told us the same thing across dozens of conversations: the tools existed, but the workflow didn’t. Findings arrived without context. Investigations happened across email, spreadsheets, and memory. Corrective actions were assigned but not tracked. Leadership asked for program metrics and received manually assembled summaries that were out of date before they were presented.
Intruno is built to close that gap, not with better alerts, but with a complete operational layer for the work that happens after detection.
We do not fabricate what we cannot support.
Intruno does not publish customer counts we cannot verify, certifications we have not earned, or capability claims that are on the roadmap rather than in production. Healthcare privacy and compliance is a field where trust is the product. If we cannot demonstrate a claim with evidence, we do not make it.
This applies internally as well. Every product capability on this site has been reviewed against the actual production system. Items awaiting confirmation are flagged for leadership validation before publication. The copy that ships reflects what Intruno actually does, not what it plans to do.
See the platform in action.
A conversation with the Intruno team is a working session, focused on your organization’s current program, your team’s specific operational challenges, and how the platform would fit your environment.
