Intruno works where your systems already work.
A privacy and compliance program is only as strong as the data it can see. Intruno connects to the EHR systems, identity and access management platforms, and compliance tools your organization already runs, so your team gets context from existing infrastructure without replacing what works.

Illustrative: specific supported systems confirmed during implementation
Intruno reads from your systems. It does not require replacing them.
The EHR is still the system of record. Your identity platform still manages access. Intruno connects to both, pulling the access event data, the user identity context, and the care relationship information that turns a raw log entry into a reviewable privacy finding. Your existing infrastructure stays in place. Intruno adds the intelligence layer on top.
Implementation is not a replacement project. It is a connection project. Intruno’s team handles the technical integration work. Your team handles the program configuration: which policies apply, which thresholds matter, who reviews what.
Your EHR is the source of record. Intruno connects to it.
Patient privacy monitoring begins with the audit log. Intruno ingests access event data from your EHR and enriches each event with behavioral context: user role, care relationship, access timing, and access volume, that the audit log alone does not provide.
Intruno supports connections to the major EHR platforms used across US healthcare. Your implementation team will confirm the specific connection approach for your environment.
What Intruno pulls from your EHR:Access event data: who accessed which record, when, from which system
Care relationship data: whether a documented care relationship existed at the time of access
Patient context: VIP flags, sensitive record designations, relevant patient attributes
User context: role, department, normal access patterns
Break-the-glass* monitoring: emergency override access events flagged for review
*Break-the-glass monitoring is currently compatible with Epic systems only.
User identity and access context from the systems that manage it.
Understanding whether an access event is appropriate requires knowing who the user actually is: their department, their role, their normal access patterns, and whether their credentials are currently active. Intruno pulls this context from your identity and access management platform so that every finding arrives with the user context already assembled.
What Intruno pulls from your identity platform:User identity: employee record, department, title, employment status
Role and access entitlements: what the user is permitted to access
Credential status: whether access credentials are currently active
Organizational context: reporting structure, team, location
Investigation records that flow into your compliance platform.
When an investigation closes, the case record, evidence, disposition, corrective action, can be exported to connected compliance and GRC platforms. Compliance teams working across Intruno and an existing GRC system do not need to duplicate documentation. The case record moves with the case.
Supported export includes:Closed investigation records with full evidence and disposition
Corrective action documentation
Breach risk assessment outcomes where applicable
Connection, not replacement. Weeks, not months.
Intruno’s implementation team manages the technical integration work. The process follows three phases:
Connection
Intruno’s team connects to your EHR audit log, identity platform, and any compliance platforms in scope. This is a read-only connection for monitoring data. No changes are made to your EHR or identity infrastructure.
Configuration
Your privacy team configures the policies, thresholds, and notification routing that reflect your organization’s specific program. Which violation types are high priority? Who reviews VIP access findings?
Validation
Before go-live, the team validates that findings are accurate, thresholds are calibrated, and the investigation workflow matches how your team actually operates.

Every organization’s infrastructure is different. A 30-minute conversation covers which systems are in scope, what data is available, and what implementation looks like for your specific environment.
